Processing times

All DTF gang sheets are made to order. Processing times are shown on each product page and may vary during busy periods.

If you need an order urgently, contact us before ordering so we can advise what is realistic.

Delivery services

We offer multiple delivery options at checkout. Courier delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Dispatch confirmation and tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking (where applicable).

Incorrect address

Please check your delivery address carefully. If you realise you have entered the wrong address, contact us immediately. We cannot be responsible for parcels delivered to the address provided once dispatched.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the parcel, please check safe places and with neighbours first. If still missing, contact us and we will advise the next steps with the courier.
